We treat our guest dogs like our own - with plenty of playtime, outside time, cuddle time and of course, eating time! Our dog loves to romp and play, or is happy to relax nearby. Our family all loves dogs but is happy to give a dog plenty of space, too.

I must know that your dog is comfortable with respectful toddlers & other dogs before booking. :) Thank you for helping to keep all parties safe and allowing me to help you find the best fit for your pup while you are away! I would like to know the demeanor of the dog, as well as size & any dietary or medical needs. Any information about preferences, likes/dislikes would be helpful too! We have a lot of experience with medical needs or administering medication so you can rest easy while your furry family member is loved and cared for in whatever ways he or she may need.
A typical day
We can take walks in the neighborhood, do plenty of playtime in the backyard and with other dogs, (if it is something he/she enjoys) and lots of pets & cuddles!

Pet care experience
We are former fosters with a local rescue organization. We now have four children ages 2-6 and our dog, Hope. We have a loving, structured home with plenty of room for fenced in playing, calm & cozy napping, or sidewalks to walk. I am available year round with a more flexible schedule over summer & breaks, as I am a teacher. Our family is eager to get to know you & your pet!

Megan was fantastic. Since it was our first time leaving our dog, Chip, we were very worried about how things would go - especially since Chip tends to be the shy, nervous-type dog. She kept us updated frequently, answered all of our questions, and put our minds at ease by sending several pictures of him playing with her two dogs. I would definitely use Megan again and highly recommend her. Megan did an amazing job looking after Chip.
Megan was FANTASTIC. She sent meeaasges and pictures of our fur babies to let us know how well they were doing. In every picture we could see how happy they were (and how much she was spoiling them ?). She’s got a nice fenced yard where all the dogs can play safely and she doesn’t crate unless that’s what you want. She 40 minutes away from us, but it was so worth the drive to know our dogs were in such capable hands. Will book her again FOR SURE for our next trip.
Megan did a fantastic job taking care of our 6 month old puppy! We will definitely be back to visit Megan so she can keep it touch with her new friends.
