I'm a student and athlete at Chico State so my free time varies. I hope to fit any client into my schedule. My life isn't too busy so I have plenty of time to spend with your pets! Weekends are almost always free! On Weekdays I have minimal responsibilities that I can work around to give your animals my full attention!

I insist that we meet beforehand to make sure I am a good fit for your pup! I like to be informed on special care so I can meet your expectations as a pet/house sitter. These instructions can include, walk preference, medications, or even housecare needs!
A typical day
While taking care of your best friend you can assume we will be going on many fun adventures. With previous four-legged friends, I have gone on many walks in the neighborhood, hiked on local trails, and visited parks to throw a ball around! We have so much fun together!

Pet care experience
I've taken care of many of my neighbor's and friend's animals. These services included walking, feeding, bathing, and keeping the company of their pets! In addition, I've worked at a petting zoo since I was 12. That job gave me extreme responsibility for taking care of all kinds of animals, including puppies and kittens.

Megan is simply exceptional! She has taken care of our 2-year-old English Cream Golden Retriever and our home for the past year and a half. Megan goes above and beyond the call of duty! She loves our dog, and he loves her. Our dog loves and needs to take walks. Megan makes sure he gets plenty of quality exercise time. She treats him like he is her own dog. Often, Megan will take our dog on long hikes with her. She has taken him with her to family functions. We know that our dog is in great hands while we are away. Megan sends us photos of our dog doing fun things with her. If you need an individual to take care of your home as well as your animals, Megan is your person! When we return home from our trips, she always leaves a note about her time with our dog, and she always completely cleans her room including washing the towels and sheets and remaking the bed. We never asked Megan to do this; it is just something she does. We know our house as well as our dog are in the best hands possible while under Megan’s care! We wholeheartedly recommend Megan – even though we do not want to share her!

Megan did a fantastic job house sitting and watching our dog, Scout. I wish I could say that she did a lousy job so that she would be available more often for us, but the truth is she was great. Our dog was well cared for and Megan was a wonderful guest in our home. Scout, who is a pretty good judge of character, took to Megan immediately. We received text updates and photos while we were gone. Megan even treated Scout to a team picnic where she got to be the center of attention. Everything at the house was clean when we returned and Megan even laundered the bedsheets. We would highly recommend Megan - just don't keep her too busy!
I had to go out of town last minute and didn't have anyone to watch my dog. My friend had found Megan on Rover.com. I only had a couple of days before I had to leave. I called Megan it was the weekend and she was out of town so I couldn't meet her till Sunday evening and had to leave Monday morning. I was very nervous about leaving someone I didn't know with my dog and in my home. The moment I met her I felt very good about her. I gave her the keys to the house she met me the next morning to be there with Bubba when I left. As a matter of fact I was running late so she took him for a walk while I finished getting ready ( he usually won't go for a walk without me) he had no problem going with her. Which made me feel good. The thing that really got me was she sent pictures of Bubba and her while I was gone and he was happy! That made me feel so much better! I had to be gone a day longer then what I had thought and she had no problem staying another day. I got home my house was clean my dog was happy I feel so blessed to have found Megan. She made everything work out and I am so grateful for that!! I can now go out of town and not worry about my baby(dog) or my house while I'm gone. I will tell anyone who ask to get her she really is the best that I have found. The thing is I don't want everybody else to be using her because then she might not be available for me when I need her LOL.... sorry but it's true.
