When taking new pets on walks, I introduce myself first, ensuring they’re comfortable with me and their surroundings. I use positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior and gradually build trust with the pet. I also take care to adjust the walk duration and pace based on the pet’s age, breed, and energy level. I always prioritize safety by using appropriate leashes, staying aware of my surroundings, and keeping the walk enjoyable and stress-free for the pet.
