Safety, trust & environment

Our current pups are both free roaming in the house, with a doggie door, and I am happy to maintain whatever routine you have that is best for your fur baby. Our rescue, who we think is border collie (mixed with perhaps velociraptor?) is very high energy and highly intelligent, goes running with me, and we utilize enrichment techniques to keep him happy. Our bulldog is happier with short walkies, playing, and snuggles on the couch. My last pup, Annie (she crossed the rainbow bridge in 2021) had a lot of mobility issues so I am comfortable assisting pups physically (use of ramp, hind quarter harness, lifting).

Information Megan L. would like to know about your pet

Let me know what makes your pup feel comfortable and anything that makes them nervous. Each pup has their own personality and needs that I am happy to learn.

A typical day

I am happy to take your pup on walkies and runs, play with them, take them to the dog park if that is a good fit for them.

Pet care experience

I’ve had pets since before I was born, including dogs, a cat, rabbits, birds, and fish. While dogs are definitely my favorite, I also had the opportunity to intern at the Florida Aquarium for two semesters, where I was able to care for rescued shore birds and reptiles.

This is our second time booking Megan, and we’re so impressed with her. She took care of our boy for 3 days and was incredibly flexible with a last-minute schedule change, which we really appreciated. She also provided multiple, detailed updates throughout the stay, giving us peace of mind that our dog was in great hands. Highly recommend! Thank you again Megan!! Snuck will definitely be seeing you again soon.

Megan was so sweet, kind and thoughtful with our dog! I don’t think we could have found anyone better! She went above and beyond, kept us informed, and calmed my fears about leaving our dog!

As always Megan is great! She is so attentive with my Katie cat. I feel very comfortable with Megan, and she has become a great friend to Katie!
