Hello! My name is Megan and I am an experienced animal care taker. I worked in a pet boarding and day care facility for 6.5 years. Before that, I volunteered at an animal shelter with dogs and cats, and worked at a pet store that sold young puppies and kittens. I also have done pet sitting outside of Rover for years. I have experience administering medications (pills, eye drops, ear meds), but no experience with injections. I have experience working with many different breeds of dogs and cats of all sizes and ages! I am knowledgeable about animal welfare, health, and behavior. I have cared for animals with disabilities such as blind and deaf pets, and also pets with physical limitations such as three legged pets. I am used to caring for multiple pets at one time independently. I have 2 golden retrievers and a cat. I have a special love for golden retrievers and siamese cats. I would love to meet your pets! I also would be happy to do other small tasks during visits such as watering plants, taking out trash, etc. Just let me know!

Megan has done an exceptional job with our dogs over the years. She is attentive and loving while also being willing to do anything needed to care for them. She does a tremendous job with managing and administering medication as well. Our dog gets so excited when he hears Megan’s voice, he knows he will be loved!
