I have owned dogs all my life. I’ve had doodles which need daily brushing and Bernese Mt Dogs which shed shed shed :) I had cared for my one dog through her senior years, including giving medications and helping lift her to get up. I have raised my dogs from puppies to adult and have experience in all life stages.

Megan is the best! She takes excellent care of our dog when we are out of town and sends frequent photos and updates. At the end of her stay, our dog comes home happy as if she’s been on her own vacation. We highly recommend Megan!

Megan is wonderful!!!!! We couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter! She took such great care of our dog,! We were amazed by her kindness, creativity, and patience in helping our dog feel safe, loved, and brave. Megan sent lots of photos and updates about how the visit was going, which made us feel much better. This was the first time we left our dog with a sitter and it turned out beautifully! Megan knew how to make our fearful pup feel relaxed and at home. She is so good with dogs! We feel so lucky to have found her! She was excellent!
Megan and her family were wonderful! I could not have asked for a better experience for my pup while I was away. The whole family made him feel welcome and comfortable. Schedule
I am a teacher, so I have the summers off to spend my days at home snuggling your dog! During the school year I am unable to board young puppies as I don’t have the ability to let them out every hour.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced in back yard and friendly dog of my own. Your dog will have a safe space to run and play in our yard. If your dog likes to sleep in a crate we have the space in my house for that, and if they prefer to relax on a pet bed we have several of those in our living room. We want your dog to feel like are a part of our family and like they have a home away from home.

A typical day
Your dog can watch the birds/squirrels in the safety of the fenced in yard. Play catch with me and my kids. We can take walks around the quiet neighborhood to explore lots of new smells.
