I've been a pet owner my entire life and pet sat for friends and family since I was around 12 years old. In the last few years, I've also become something of a pet expert through my freelance writing. That same experience means that my schedule is very flexible and I can easily work while hanging out with your pets in your home. I'm currently training to become a dog trainer and behaviorist, and I have first-hand experience with reactive dogs through my own dog, Ginger. I've also cared for special needs dogs in the past, and have a special needs cat, Pepper, of my own. I carry my own pet sitting insurance and am happy to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Safety, trust & environment
I prefer to care for pets in clients' homes. I find that most animals are more comfortable in their own environment anyway, plus there's no concern for how well they'll get along with my own pets.
