Animals are my jam
I have had pets and cared for pets my entire life. Currently I have a pig, 2 dogs, 2 cats , a rabbit, and a gecko! We are animal people! I have fostered heart worm positive dogs, have had dogs with special needs, and cared for multiple friends animals. I have experience with farm animals as well. I am a teacher but will be off for the summer starting June 2nd. I am available all day ; I have a 6 year old and 10 year old son that may be with sometime. They both love animals dearly; my 10 year old has a deep connection with all animals I have a fenced yard with lots of room to run. I have 2 medium sized very friendly dogs, 2 indoor/outdoor cats, and a pig that is outside. My dogs sleep either in my bed or on their beds in my home. They loved to hang outside when it is nice out. They love to just chill on our porch. They are fed twice daily . I am a special education teacher so currently have open availability. Once I go back to work mid August I will have early morning and late afternoon/evening on week days and weekends. My dogs, cats and pig are all fed twice daily. My animals love exploring in our yard, chasing squirrels and lounging on the porch. They also LOVE to come in ajd snuggle in the bed with us. When I have clients dogs in my home I treat them as I would my own dogs. Lots of love , pets, and play time. When I do in home visits I make sure the animal gets as much attention as possible during my visits so that they don’t miss their family.

Megan was fantastic with Cota. Very accommodating and I booked her last minute with no problem. She was very responsive and sent pictures and updates of him and was very patient that he was only a puppy. I will definitely use her again and recommend.
Our dog always comes back happy and tired after spending time with Megan!
This was a great experience. Since the area is pretty remote, Megan met us at a nearby public location for the flawless drop off and pick up. Our dog, Maggie, appeared to have a great time from the photos Megan sent us during the time Maggie was at Megan's home. We were so grateful, because we don't board her often and I was worried even about this short boarding experience. We highly recommend Megan K for boarding.

A typical day
I love playing with dogs; especially if they will play fetch with me (my dogs have no interest in fetch). I like taking dogs and my pig to breweries, dog parks, amd just for rides. As much as I love play time my favorite time with dogs is lounging and snuggling
