Hi, I’m Megan! I live with my partner, Hugo, in Putney. Dogs have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up in South Africa, I was surrounded by furry companions, who quickly became my best friends. My passion for dogs extends beyond my personal experiences. I volunteered at the SPCA in South Africa, where I worked hands-on with new arrivals. This included conducting compatibility tests, helping scared or anxious dogs feel safe, and ensuring they were set up for success in their new homes. These experiences taught me patience, compassion, and how to understand a dog’s unique needs. I’ve also provided dog-sitting services since I moved to London five years ago, so I know how important it is to trust someone with your furry family member. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or just providing comforting companionship, I’ll treat your pup like they’re my own. I live with my partner, Hugo, who has also lived with dogs his whole life - and will often help with my Rover bookings. He is exceptional with them - especially those with high energy levels!

Schedule
Pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine, as Hugo and I have flexible work schedules with our companies. We typically go into the office 2–3 days a week, but this is entirely adjustable to meet the needs of your pet. I can usually work from home when needed, ensuring your dog gets the attention, care, and companionship they deserve throughout the day. Whether it’s playtime, walks, or simply having a calming presence around, I’m happy to adapt my routine to provide the best care for your furry friend.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety, trust, and comfort are our top priorities when caring for pets in our home. We live in a cozy ground-level flat where your dog will have a calm, secure environment to relax in, as well as an outside space to enjoy! Dogs are always welcome on the furniture for snuggles, but if they’re more comfortable with their own space, we have room for a crate or dog bed to suit their needs. Being just minutes away from the Thames and a beautiful nature path, we can take your dog on long, scenic walks, ensuring they get plenty of exercise and fresh air. Your pet will be treated like family in a safe and loving home.
A typical day
We’ll make sure to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We’ll play loads of games, explore all the new smells in our local area, and head to the big park near our Putney home. Back at the flat, they’ll get plenty of fuss and cuddles — treated like one of the family!
