I have over 17 years of experience caring for dogs for neighbors, friends, and family and I love it! I also previously owned an English Bulldog, so I understand the attention, patience, and care dogs need. I’m comfortable with different personalities, ages, and routines. I’ve watched old dogs who require daily medication, anxious dogs who need a lot of love, new puppies with lots of energy, and everything in-between. My home is a great environment for dogs. I have a fully fenced yard with plenty of room to run and play, and I live in a neighborhood with a lake and several parks that make for great walks. I also have 3 kids (ages 14 to 7) who enjoy playing with and spending time with dogs, and are always supervised! I’m responsible, attentive, and treat every dog like part of the family. I’d love to provide a safe, clean, comfortable place for your dog while you’re away.

Gracie had such a wonderful stay with Megan and her family! As soon as she arrived Gracie was happy and excited to see the family and stay playing. Megan was great at sending us pictures, videos and updates of Gracie during her visit. Seeing Gracie having so much much gave us peace of mind and we often joked about who was having more fun on vacation—us or Gracie! 😊 Throughout the visit we knew Gracie was safe, happy, and loved. We are looking forward to booking again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pet like family.
Our dog received marvelous care while she was with Megan and her family! We received daily messages and photos detailing how our dog was doing. They took her on walks everyday. Our doggie got tons of loves and attention! We felt so comfortable with the care that our sweet dog received, that we will definitely use Megan and her family again!
Megan and her kids did a great job watching Olly! They were very enthusiastic and kind about watching him. She sent lots of pictures of him having fun! I will be using her next time I need a sitter.
Megan and her family were wonderful with our mature dog, Daisy. They followed instructions perfectly to make her comfortable and super happy. We loved all the pics and videos during the week. It was wonderful for us as a first time client to feel so happy and secure that our pup was loved.
Megan was such an amazing sitter! She took such great care of Bambi and gave us complete peace of mind while we were out of town, sending frequent photo and video updates. Bambi loved staying here!

Schedule
I’m home the majority of the day, and my husband works from home, so your dog will receive lots of attention and love and won’t be left alone for long periods of time.

Your dog will enjoy a safe, comfortable stay in my home! I have a fully fenced yard that provides plenty of secure space for play and exercise. For walks, I always use a leash and stay mindful of other dogs in the neighborhood to ensure everyone’s safety. My home is clean, smoke-free, and currently pet-free, so your dog will receive plenty of attention and care. Your pet’s safety is a top priority for me. My home is pet-proofed, with potential hazards securely stored and out of reach, so you can feel confident your dog will be in a safe and caring environment.
A typical day
I enjoy being active, which means your dog will get lots of walks and exercise. My neighborhood has a beautiful lake and several parks that are perfect for exploring. I love playing with dogs, but I also understand that they need time to relax and recharge, and our home has plenty of space for both. I have three older kids who love dogs and enjoy spending time with them, whether it’s playing or snuggling. All interactions are always supervised to make sure your pet feels safe and comfortable.
