Availability
I work from home, so I am usually available to spend time at your home during the day as well as evenings and nights (especially during the work week). For any pets that can’t be left alone for at least 5-6 hours at a time, a $20 per day charge will be added to account for the added driving trips I’ll need to make (for puppies, this is already accounted for in my puppy rate). If your pets require care more frequently than every 4 hours, a constant care rate of $100 extra per day will be added.

Vet information and an emergency contact number are both must-haves. Beyond that, any key training words (recall, go inside, in their crate, eat dinner) as well as rules about being on furniture. I always ask how they are on leash with other dogs/humans, and if they have any favorite spots outside the home to visit.
A typical day
I love exploring nearby trails and hikes, and my golden retriever would rate me as an excellent ball thrower for fetch. My mutt says I’m a great cuddler and belly rubber.

I'll Love Your Pups Like My Own!
Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog owner (one 7-year-old Golden Retriever and one 6-year-old Shepherd Mix) with pet walking and sitting experience for a year before I owned my own. I understand the anxiety that comes with leaving your pets with others, and will love them like my own! Experienced with reactive dogs (one of mine is leash and dog reactive) and comfortable with large dogs (both of mine are 70+ pounds). Please reach out with any questions!

Megan is awesome! She is very attentive to details and excellent in her communication. She sent pics and thoughtful notes with each visit she made while I was traveling. Beyond that my pups loved all the attention and play time she gave them.

Megan is great. She scheduled a meet and greet with me and the pups. Very prompt and paid attention to details I shared. We scheduled a walk as well as drop ins for an upcoming trip I have. She is quick and consistent with communication, and clear on instructions. The pups look forward to seeing her again.
