Growing up, I took care of two medium husky mixed dogs. I would walk, feed, and care for them for the 5 years that they lived in our home. In high school and college, I periodically dog sat and cared for cats of family friends. I have always loved the company of animals and have experience with all sizes and ages. In my senior year, I cared for an elderly dog who was blind. It was so rewarding to help this dog in its final years of life. I now own 2 cats and I love every minute I get to spend with them. I take very seriously the responsibility of caring for animals and have plenty of experience doing so!

My hubby and I are traveling all over usa and being fist time in Alaska not knowing nobody was a little bit challenging. We needed a pet sitter for our 3 small dogs ( chihuahua, Boston Terrier and mixt chihuahua) for us to be able to leave them in Alaska ( north pole) and be in Las Vegas for a week. I've been so nervous about this but with Megan and her sweet way of taking care of my babies I felt secure, confident and knowing she will take care of my babies was such a relief. She send us photos without asking for, she was keep updating in every day how they are doing. Such an amazing experience having her! Hightly recommended her services! Thank you Megan for everything and definitely I'll get back to you every time when we will be here! Love ya girl PS: my mixt chihuahua she's not that friendly with strangers, she get nervous, hiding all over but with Megan was different, she loves her from the fist min when they met! My small chihuahua is super picky on food but when I get back he had such a bug belly ( he ate so good)!
Megan has cared for my two cats and large dog a few times now. Megan is my #1 pet sitter. She cared well for my pets and followed all of my instructions for them perfectly. When I cannot care for my pets myself, it’s such a relief to be able to hire Megan who is so caring, capable, competent. I don’t have to worry about anything with Megan caring for them. She is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
Megan cared for my cat several times while I was on extended trips. Not only did she feed the cat but she cleaned her litter and any mess the cat made (my cat throws up allot). She spent play time and cuddle time with her and ensured her comfort while I was away. I was very satisfied with her caring attitude and desire to make the cat comfortable, not just clean and feed. I own a duplex, and Megan also ensured the security of my home and she made a special trip to the property at my request to assist my tenants who had locked themselves out of their apartment. This response to my phone call was late in the evening and disrupted her evening plans but she assisted very quickly. She is very responsible and trustworthy but best of all she has a loving compassion for animals . I would recommend her to anyone needing a care taker that will care for your pet the same way you would. I highly recommend her.
Megan watched my dog Luna while I was out of town! Luna is pretty active and loves attention—she’s a chocolate lab, it’s in her DNA—so I was very happy with how involved Megan was the two weeks I was away. I came home and Luna seemed very satisfied!! So Megan has been watching Luna (and other pets!) for 4 years now whenever I leave town. I would definitely recommend her!
Megan has taken care of my dogs and cats several times. She was always eager to help out. Megan did drop in visits for my dogs. She loved on them and made sure they had everything they needed. She is an excellent communicator and very passionate about people and animals.

Schedule
Currently, I am not attending school so I am completely available for house sitting, dog walking, and drop-ins at any time in the week! I have no preference for the time of day and am very flexible with my scheduling.

Safety, trust & environment
I am able to house pets in my own home. I am completely available to do house visits and care for the pets in-home. I love to take walks with dogs to give them adequate exercise. I am very respectful when entering client homes and would give as much time as needed to keep pets company and give affection while you are away from the home.
Pets
A typical day
With the dogs, I will generally explore different places for walking. In the summer if the dogs are up for it, I take hikes and walk inclines. I walk dogs at Creamer's Feild and other interesting trails in the summers. I always take into consideration the ability of whatever dog I am with!
