I work from home, I am available 24/7 when sitting for outdoor breaks and occasional walks. Calm dogs can have company the entire day here in the home as I work, they have a couch.

I have a fenced yard for the larger breeds (over 15 pounds) and time for many breaks. Small dogs supervised on leash at all times. I own one elderly large breed dog who is quiet and reserved, she doesn't prefer to play with most dogs. Because of my work from home and my quiet dog, we prefer house dogs who are well trained and polite, we do not require kennels for dogs and they are allowed to sleep on beds/couch/bed if they are nervous. If you know your dog isn't able to settle or be quiet through the day/night, please bring their kennel and we will only use it when completely nessesary. I appreciate your honesty in your dogs manners, I am sharing the home I love with them and want it to be a good experience for everyone involved. I am open to instructions on how to care for pets in their own homes, I can visit regularly if booked early.

I'd like to know if your dog is a potential fence jumper so I don't let them loose accidently. If your dog has allergies, we like little snacks here.
A typical day
A typical day would include time in the yard and garden just lounging and taking in the sun. One or two walks per day depending on the timing. When timing allows I like to take long walks in the country for the dogs.

I've been keeping and caring for animals of all kinds my entire life. I own a quiet home, fenced yard for larger breeds, only one family/pets at a time. I work from home so the animals will have plenty of time outside and company.

This is the first time ever leaving our dog with someone we don’t know! (Besides a kennel, which hasn’t happened for many years! And likely won’t again now that I’ve found Megan and Rover!!) The reviews for Megan were great so I felt fairly confident and comfortable leaving jagger with her. She seems to really enjoy having animals around and knows how to handle them. She was awesome with Jagger! Treated him like family! She spoke very confidently and made me feel reassured that all will be fine! She kept in touch and sent pictures, he was her lil shadow! I will definitely use Megan again and highly recommend! So happy to have Rover available! A million times better than a kennel as far as I’m concerned!!
