My experience with animals comes from ownership I have been lucky enough to always have dogs and cats around my home and I am not squeamish when it comes to size, shape or needs. Up until last year I owned a very elderly lab and so know and understand the extra bit of care and attention older pets often need, including medication administration, more reassurance, extra time and space for decision-making, mobility support and that extra bit of cleaning needed for increased accidents. I provide regular house-sitting for family members for their cats and rabbits and have provided ad hoc care for a small collection of farm animals, including goats, chickens and ponies, so am comfortable around all animals. Having my own pets means I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your furry family member in the care of someone else, and so I am committed to providing the standard of care and attention that you provide them for the time they are with me.

I can provide walking, feeding, toileting and most of the day-to-day activities associated with pet care in the owner's home. I'm also happy to reinforce any training being done if provided with the details, for example sitting at curbs during walks, and practicing the basics, such as stay and sit, I'm not a trainer so this would be what the owner directs and asks for,

OMG, an amazing lady! She cared for my 16 year old dogs with medication needs like I would myself. She was on time my dogs took to her immediately, we got updates through the day and she respected our home. First time we have ever left our dogs with anyone. Schedule
I work full time in a 9-5 job so would be mostly available on weekends and bank holidays, though could also offer any evening pop-ins during the week, e.g I could sit with your pet from 17:00-21:00 and take them for a walk. All care would need to take place in the owner's home as I cannot offer boarding at the moment.
