Are you nervous about your high-energy dog during your vacation? I am a runner and a dog lover, and I'm here for you! I'd love to feed and take your dog for a hike or run while you're gone! At some point in the future I will have a dog of my own, but for now my situation would wreak havoc on a dog's life, so, I find solace in playing with my friends' dogs, and occasional pet sitting with people like you. With classes, a Research Assistant position and a Teacher's Assistant position it's difficult to search for a "normal" job. I decided to offer my services doing something I really enjoy; Grad School doesn't pay (yet!) and I love animals. About me: I'm a graduate student in the Mental Health Counseling program, am 28 years old, and from upstate New York. I run, bike, hike, rock climb, backpack, and have been around dogs my entire life. I have also had iguanas, cats, and gerbils, and have cared for horses. Need me to water plants, check on a cat, fish, lizard...etc? Sounds like a plan. I LOVE big dogs (grew up with a mastiff). Generally, I don't like feeding dogs while I'm eating, and I won't feed them from my plate. HOWEVER, I can respect your rules. Please don't hesitate if you'd like to contact me!
