Hi! I’m a solo pet sitter in my 40s with a flexible and sometimes unpredictable work schedule, but one thing that never changes is how much love and care your pets will receive while they’re with me. I’m a university graduate currently working in the casual pool with the Mission Public School District, which means some days I may get called in to work, while other days I’m home spending all day with your pets. No matter what my workday looks like, your pets will always be well cared for. Walks, meals, cuddles, playtime, and quality attention are always a priority before and after any shifts. Because of my current living situation, I’m not able to have pets of my own right now, which is part of why pet sitting has become so special to me. I absolutely love getting to spend time with animals, and I’m lucky to have built amazing relationships with many repeat clients and their pets. Some even trust me enough to keep a key to their home so I can take their dogs out on adventures, even when I’m not actively sitting for them — including one local RCMP family, which is something I truly appreciate and never take for granted. When staying in your home, I come fully prepared with all of my own essentials, including bedding, towels, food, toiletries, laundry supplies, and anything else I may need during my stay. I’m proud to offer a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space for everyone, including all members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. 🏳️🌈💞

I care for pets in a client’s home by maintaining their normal routines as closely as possible, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and relaxed while their owners are away. This includes feeding, walks, playtime, medication if needed, lots of affection, and making sure they have companionship and attention throughout the day. I treat every client’s home with respect and come fully prepared with my own personal belongings and supplies for my stay. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to both pets and their unique needs. My goal is always to make your time away as stress-free as possible for both you and your pets.

We cannot say enough positive things about Megan. For our little family, the impact of introducing Megan to our reactive and fearful dog Maggie has been overwhelmingly positive. Megan was patient and understanding throughout the slow introductions, letting Maggie get to know her slowly and with trust. Leaving Maggie in someone else's hands for a week was made so much easier with Megan's confidence that everything would be ok and Maggie would be absolutely fine. And Megan was right. We wont hesitate to book Megan again for future needs, in fact, shes part of the family now.
She took care of my doggo like her own.
Megan is incredible. She not only cared for my little guy Bruce like he was her own,but went the extra mile to care for my home and bringing her own linens and food. I honestly cannot say enough about how exceptional she is.
Megan is so friendly!! Ace had a blast and came home tired. I'm so grateful Megan was available on such short of notice to come take my boy out.
If there is anyone more skeptical than me about having someone in their home while they are away I would be very surprised. Megan came over twice for meet and greets and put my mind 100% at ease. Copper loved her immediately. Copper gets very excited and Megan was firm yet friendly with him and ge respected her. We got many pictures and video updates and came home to a spotless home. We will definitely be having Megan come back anytime we are away, if she is available and willing. Thank you Megan for putting my mind and heart at ease.
Repeat client. Wouldn't hesitate to use her again!!! Murphy thoroughly enjoyed his adventure. Thank you again Megan!

Schedule
I have recently graduated university and been hiring in the Mission Public School District into their casual pool. I could be out of the house to shifts anywhere from 7:30am to 4pm. The amount of time I’m out of the house will depend on your location in reaction to the district. Additional fees may be added depending on your distance outside of Maple Ridge.
