I can take breaks from work to come and walk your dog, and have experience staying at clients homes overnight with their dog and/or cat. I am happy to come check in on your pet(s), work from your place with plenty of breaks to play and walk your dog, or anything in between.

With two cats of my own, I know how important it is to keep pets loved while the owner is at work or on vacation. I like to know behavior patterns, energy level, and whether they get along with other dogs and people. I also ask about favorite toys and treats so I can keep them happy. It’s important that I make sure to know if they can stop and “say hi” to other pets while on a walk!
A typical day
I love to play fetch with dogs, enjoy long walks, and am experienced in caring for cats. Sometimes my favorite part of a stay is just keeping your pets company - reading while they nap next to me or spending time cuddling.

Pet care experience
After owning and caring for dogs and cats all my life, both big and small, I am confident that I can be a great caretaker of yours! My name is Megan, and I work from home in Marketing. I graduated from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management in 2020. My passion for animals is truly why I am here, and your pets happiness and safety is my priority. I originally started on Rover because I was starting college and missed my dog and cat at home - and have since found a true joy in watching and caring for pets as if they were my own. I have experience caring for all sizes of dogs with a variety of temperaments. I am thankful to have a very flexible schedule as well, since I work from home full time. Whatever the size, age, and temperament of your best friend - I am already excited to meet them.

Megan is the best! She took awesome care of Gunner and left my home spotless. She sends great detailed updates and lots of pictures. I’ll book her again anytime she’s available!
Megan took fantastic care of Gunner. He was clearly thrilled to spend time with her and were certain he wants us to keep booking her daily so they can walk. She’s always careful to ensure he’s got space from other dogs and gets plenty of good exercise mixed in with good sniffs on their walks. Megan follows care guidance carefully and I’d book her again anytime she’s free when Gunner needs a sitter or walker.
Gunner loved his time with Megan. It was a hot day and she was careful to make sure he was comfortable and shaded outside and spent time inside doing nose work and training to keep him busy. She is a fantastic communicator and sent great pics. Will book again!
Megan is the best!!! So caring, patient, and attentive. She sent a very thoughtful and detailed message update with photos of Finn looking happy as can be. She even took time out of her schedule for a meet & greet walk beforehand. So happy to have found a sweet walker we can rely on!! I highly recommend her for all pet care needs:)
