Pet care experience

Fast response & reliable care

Hi, Caring for your furry family is my full-time job! Your pet(s) are my number one priority. I personally carry general liability insurance and Care, Custody, and Control insurance, in addition to "Rover's guarantee". This sets us apart from many other service providers on this platform. I always respond quickly! If you're looking for a sitter who's reliable, caring, responsible, and friendly and who will give your pet all the love and care they need, send me a message! I'm a stay-at-home caretaker with a love for animals. My husband grew up on a dairy farm outside Kutztown. We have always been dog owners and love the energy they bring to our lives. We have two labs, one chocolate and one black. They are well-socialized with other animals. We live in a house on an acre with a fenced-in yard. We always play outside and walk around the neighborhood if the weather allows. I offer boarding, doggy daycare, check-ins, and dog-walking services. We have a lake just down the road, where the dogs can enjoy quiet walking time and play in the water. Please be sure your dogs are protected against ticks. I prefer to hold meet-and-greets on neutral territory at the Upper Macungie dog park on Route 100, across from Weis. I'm looking forward to caring for your furry family member! Be aware and keep in mind that a request for service that is not booked counts against the Rover sitter. If you message me for services shown as available on my calendar, I am available and will happily care for your furry family!

Megan and her family gave both of our pups the best company while we were away on vacation! They came home exhausted from all the playing and fun they had! She made it really easy to contact her and gave us updates throughout the week which eased our nerves of being away from them! Thanks again Megan!!

We have used Megan for multiple stays, and she haa consistently provided excellent care for Maple. She is dependable, communicative, and always make sure Maple is happy, comfortable, and well cared for. We especially appreciate the regular updates and photos, which give us peace of mind while we're away. It's clear they genuinely care about the pets they look after. Maple is always excited to see them, and we know we can trust them completely. We highly recommend their services! 🐾❤️

We’ve had pets for many years, but this was the first time we’ve utilized Rover to find a sitter for our dog, Muster. What a great find!!! Megan and her family were perfect for our pet. Lots of love and attention. Muster was a little apprehensive at first, but they provided him with the time and space to get comfortable and then he was feeling at home! Megan kept us updated daily and included a picture of Muster having a good time. I would highly recommend Megan and we are looking forward to using her again.

Megan was wonderful! She was super accommodating and provided exceptional care for my dog who needed a little time to settle in. I received daily updates, sometimes more, and regular pictures.

Wookiee loves Megan and Greg. He always runs to go into the house without looking back wagging his tail! He is a big dog with lots of energy. They always take him on walks and he gets to play with other dogs!

Not a good experience for our first time using Rover! At our first meeting she was very nice and talkative. We thought our dogs would be fine with her. We received communication for the first 2 days then nothing after that. She was sitting 2 additional dogs after the first 2 days. We weren’t sure how that would go because our dog likes to be the dominant one. She assured us they would be fine. We texted her to let her know we were coming home early and would be there in 2 hours to get the dogs. We got no response. When we showed up she was waiting outside with the dogs. The dogs weren’t their normal self. Our one dog couldn’t keep his eyes open. When we got home and fed them he was food aggressive towards our other dog. That has never been an issue, they usually share food off the same plate. He growled and snapped at my son (his best friend) multiple times and he was so lethargic he couldn’t stay awake and wouldn’t respond to commands. When we asked if there was anything that happened that we needed to be aware of she claimed he ate great and everything was fine. He was not fine. He lost 4lbs in 4 days and was not the same dog. He always sleeps with my son but wouldn’t leave the couch. He slowly came around and is now back to normal, but something happened there. I don’t know what because she was not honest with us. You are taking care of something that is very precious to people, like a child. At the very least I’d expect clear communication and honesty. What if we didn’t come home early. What condition would we have found our dog in? We will NOT be using her again.
