I've been around and cared for animals of all sizes, ages, and breeds for my entire life. From raising my own dogs, to being a dependable sitter for countless families' beloved pets over the years, I have developed an immense passion for quality caretaking. I believe that every animal, big or small, deserves the same love that their family would provide, even if they are not there to provide it. Since I was born, I have always had a minimum of three dogs in my home at a time. At one point, we owned four dogs and simultaneously fostered two. Midnight potty training, early morning feedings, hour long walks, training, and countless care hours are not only natural to me, they better me. I thrive on knowing that the pets I care for are receiving the quality love they deserve. When I was 16, I took it upon myself to raise my very own Labrador Retriever puppy rescue, Sawyer. Since that day, Sawyer has been my best friend, and taught me the virtues of patience, empathy, and dedication in a pet-owner relationship. Later that same year, I took it upon myself to start professionally dog and cat sitting. Since beginning this journey, I can confidently say that I have cared for nearly every breed, size, and lifestyle of animal; from consistent day visits, to hours of enrichment and overnight stays.
