Hello! As a dog owner, I know what it is like to need a caring, trustful sitter while you are away. So you can worry a little less. Someone who won't forget to feed, walk or let your dog out to go potty. It's not always easy to find someone like that. So if you have the same dilemma and need a sitter you feel comfortable leaving your dog with then call my husband and I :). We have been doing this business for over 5 years now and love it:) I am home full time with the dogs and kids. My husband is also home during the day and bartends at night 4 times a week. We have a big dog room that is connected to the backyard—so most the time they just run in and out all day long and tire each other out haha. We usually watch about 4-8 at a time. We try to keep our max to 10 dogs and we book up fast during the summer and holidays. About this sitter: A little about us and our dog: We have been married for 7 years now. We have a little girl who just turned 3 years old and an almost 18 month old baby boy. We have a gate that separates them from the dog room and your dog is not around the kids unless you and we are comfortable and trust your dog to be. We live in a 4bd/3bth house with a big backyard. We have a 10 year old chow chow named Simba. We adopted him 8 years ago from a shelter when we lived in LA. He is really friendly, chill, happy, and well trained dog. He has pretty much gotten along with every dog he has met—and we have watched thousands of dogs now. He loves to run in the backyard when other dogs visit but usually lays in the house most of the day. He has taken dog training classes(not that he needed them) but because he is a chow chow, in order for us to get home owner insurance he had to take the classes. But now we have a certificate to prove he's a well trained dog ;). He loves little dogs. If you are worried about the dogs getting along we can do a meet and greet before hand. We also have a gate in our home that separates two rooms and can keep dogs separated if need be. Let me know if you have any questions or if you would like us to watch your dog for you! Why I love dog sitting My husband grew up with dogs. I have always been a dog lover but my parents unfortunately were not so I only got to play with other peoples dogs. But 8 years ago I finally got a dog of my own! My husband and I found Simba at a local shelter when we lived in LA and he brings me so much joy everyday :). He's not just a dog he is a member of our family. About my yard We have a big back yard that becomes a mini dog park most of the time. They have so much fun running around and playing. We leave our back door or doggy door open to go in and out as they want. My experience administering medication Depending on the medication. More comfortable with giving pills rather than shots.
