Rover is my full-time job, which allows me to have a flexible schedule, and dedicate plenty of time to the pets in my care. I’m able to work around each pet’s individual routine and needs wether they need walks, playtime, medication, or simply some extra company.

Your pets safety, well-being are my top priorities. I take the time to personally learn your pets routine, personality, needs, and any important instructions before you leave. I’m careful about doors, gates, crates, feeding routines, and anything else that could affect your pet’s safety. I will never leave your pet in an unsafe situation. And will follow your instructions as closely as possible. I also understand that I am being entrusted with your home, not just your pet. I will treat your home with respect, keep things clean and secure and make sure everything is the way you left it. I believe communication is an important part of building trust. I’ll keep you updated during your pets stay and let you know if I see anything unusual or have any concerns. In an emergency I will contact you and follow the emergency instructions provided. My goal is for you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is safe, comfortable, and receiving the care they need.

Before a booking I’d love to know about your pet’s normal routine, personality, feeding schedule, exercise needs, and anything else that makes them feel comfortable. Please let me know about any medical concerns, allergies, special needs, behavioral needs, fears, or anything else I should be made aware of. It’s also important to know how your pet interacts with other people and animals, whether they have any escape tendencies any important house rules or instructions you’d like me to follow. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can provide safe, personalized care for your pet.
A typical day
A typical day for me is centered around your pets routine. I’ll make sure they’re fed, have fresh water, receive any needed medication, and get the exercise, play and rest they’re used to. I enjoy spending time with my furry clients, whether that means going for a walk, playing, giving them some extra attention or simply keeping them company. Since every pet is different, I adjust my day based on their personality and needs. Some pets are energetic and need lots of activity while others are happiest with a quiet, relaxed day. I’ll follow your instructions and do my best to keep their routine consistent while you’re away.

I have several years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and other pets, and I understand how very different every animal can be. Some pets need lots of exercise and playtime, while others are happiest with a quiet companion who follows their normal routine. I’m comfortable providing personalized care including feeding, fresh water, and walks, playtime, and administering medications, and keeping pets company. I also know the importance of maintaining the pet parents instructions, and maintaining a safe environment. I know how stressful it can be to leave your pets with someone else, so I take reliability, communication, and safety seriously. My goal is to give your pets attention and care I would want for my own.
