I work in Durham, but have a flexible work schedule for when I have Rover dogs staying with us. I have plenty of time throughout the day for potty breaks and walks. On the weekends, I usually go hiking and love to bring Rover dogs with me if they're up for it.

I have a sturdy, fully fenced-in yard that's 4 feet in the front and 6 feet in the back. I never leave dogs outside unsupervised! Inside, we keep our house very tidy to avoid any potential pup distractions or temptations. We always supervise feeding time.

I have watched all sizes, shapes, and breeds of dog. I have no preferences, and tend to fall in love with every dog I watch. However, I do ask that dogs are friendly with other dogs. I know lots of dogs can have anxiety with new friends, but I have plenty of experience introducing dogs to one another and I'm confident they'll be friends in no time!

I live in a beautiful part of Durham which we walk through daily. The Walltown neighborhood has sidewalks throughout and Duke’s East Campus is just a few blocks away. I also love fetch in the backyard and relaxing in front of the TV, usually watching sports. On weekends, we love taking pups on hikes to either Eno River or Umstead State Parks.

I'm a huge dog lover and I'm looking to care for some furry friends in my free time. I have nearly ten years of experience on Rover, including pet sitting, drop in visits, house sitting, and walks. I’ve had at least one dog or cat as part of my household my entire life, although my partner and I recently lost our 14-year-old dog Mumpo. I have lots of experience pet sitting both cats and dogs including administering medication. I love taking Rover pups on hikes at Eno River State Park or around the neighborhood including the gravel path on Duke’s East Campus. Our home has a fully fenced yard (front and back) for playtime, and plenty of space inside for pups to explore and relax. I'll send lots of pictures and keep you up to date on your pups stay!
