When I come to the house, I always make sure waters are full before I leave and gates are closed/secured. I'm fairly athletic, so I'm cool with taking long walks and being active with them in the yard- I'll match the energy level of your pet.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors. I will take care of any dog breed/size, but I am less experienced with giant dogs (eg Great Danes). Let me know if your dog pulls on their leash and if they use special collars or harnesses for walking.
A typical day
I love taking dogs on walks. If you have a fenced in yard, I can play frisbee with your dog or catch . I’m able to get on the ground and play tug of war or chase. At home, I like to play “find the treat” with my dog, where I hide treats throughout the house and let him find them through scent.

Hi! I am a recent college graduate who’s moved back to the area. I have shelter volunteer experience and have had several positive experiences on this app doing in-house and overnight dogsitting. I got my first dog eight years ago in high school and he’s the light of my life! I love hanging out with all types of dogs regardless of breed or energy level. I don't mind taking care of dogs who are timid or defensive- I know how to keep boundaries with more nervous animals. Hablo español e inglés :)
