If I could leave a negative review I would! Megan was scheduled for an over night stay with my 2 dogs tonight. The booking was clearly for an overnight. During the meet and greet, it was clearly established and discussed in detail about sleeping arrangements and my dogs needs for potty breaks during the night, especially since one of my dogs is a senior and cant hold her bladder during the night. It was also discussed that both dogs have free range of the house unless she was going to be gone for maybe 3-4 hours, the senior dog should be in her kennel to prevent accidents. Megan didn’t show up during the established time frame and once she was there, she was only there for 3.5 hours before putting my senior back in her kennel and leaving for the night. When my cameras notified me that there was alarming noise at 11:30pm, I looked in to see my senior crated and my Dane losing his mind barking and no sitter to be found. 10 minutes after messaging her, she finally responded saying she felt uncomfortable, was hungry , needed sleep, and would be back in the morning with no specific time. Continued to message saying she has anxiety and it was a misunderstanding knowing the expectations were fully discussed prior to. My daughter and I had to cut our overnight trip with family short and drive down the mountain at midnight in the rain! Not once did she reach out to let me know she was uncomfortable or considering leaving. I had even messaged her the morning of telling her to bring a pillow. She at one point says she didn’t realize it was an overnight to saying she even brought a sleeping bag but couldn’t sleep but when she came and left, she had no sleeping bag.she blatantly lied to me and neglected my dogs. My senior dog was in her kennel for 8 hours before she even got there and the had planned on leaving her in her kennel overnight for what another 8 hours and that’s IF she were to show back up at 6am! Im absolutely livid!!! I finally get home at 1am and my dogs are stressed out barking their heads off! I want a full refund!!! She has no business being around animals! I should be reimbursed for my time with family being cut short and having to put myself and my daughter at risk driving in the middle of the night as well, not to mention her putting myself dogs at risk! Had she been aware that I have cameras on my property, maybe this would have been different but Im positive she would have lied to me the next day and said my dogs were fine during the night with zero intention of telling me she abandoned my dogs! She’s upset she got caught lying to a client and blaming it on her own anxiety. Then don't be a pet sitter! Highly disappointed doesn’t scratch the surface of how Im feeling right now!

I cannot recommend Megan enough as a dog sitter! Having grown up around animals most of her life, she has a natural love for them. Her calm and caring demeanor is perfect for our 11-year old American Bulldog, Maya, helping her feel completely at ease whenever we leave town. We also have four cats who crave love and affection, so Megan is always the first person we call to watch them. She is incredibly responsible, attentive to their needs, and goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect, from feeding schedules to playtime. I trust her completely with our furry friends, and I know she would provide exceptional care for any pet in her care!

Megan is a responsible, caring person and would be a great fit to be a dog walker/sitter. She is punctual, honest and I’ve personally seen her with her own animals, as well as my own and she is amazing with them. She’s very patient and kind, so gentle with my dog that can be quite timid. You can’t go wrong choosing Megan for your fur baby’s needs!
