Pet care experience
I love your pet already!
I have owned dogs and cats since I was 12, and am a go-to dog-sitter and walker for all of my friends with their own pets. I have experience administering eye drops, pills, liquid medications, replacing bandages, bathing, and clipping. I’ve also logged over 100 hours volunteering for the San Diego Humane Society as a bottle feeder in the kitten nursery, so and well-experienced with caring for sick, vulnerable, or special-needs animals. I love dogs and cats passionately, and can't stand to see them uncomfortable or unhappy. I will do whatever I can to try to lift their spirits, or help them if they are sick or hurt. It's a joy for me to be around all animals, and I love the unique experience that each different personality and their little quirks can bring. I have my own rescue spaniel-mix named Charlie, and I understand how hard it can be to trust someone with the care of a pet/best friend who means the world to you!

Safety, trust & environment
I am able to do long walks up to 60 minutes (assuming weather cooperates) bring them to any preferred outdoor places or dog parks nearby, play with, feed or care for your pet in your own home, and administer necessary medications.

Schedule
I’m taking some time off from working to take classes in order transition to non-profit work. Right now my schedule is very flexible, but I have the most availability between 10 am and 6pm.

- Let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors to be on the lookout for, or any activities you’d prefer we stay away from. I don’t usually let dogs approach other pets outdoors unless explicitly told it’s ok by you and the other dog owner.
