I do work full time Wednesday through Sunday. I also have a short night shift on alternating Saturdays and Sundays. I would be available all day during Mondays and/or Tuesdays, and in the evenings. I have taken care of both my own pets and other people’s pets around my schedule.

I prefer to keep pets in their own home so there is no additional stress when adjusting to new surroundings or my personal pets. I also have my own car and would be able to drive them to any pet parks so they could have more time to play and run.

A typical day
For any dogs, I’ll make sure to either take them on walks or give them plenty of time to play in the yard, or even both. I’ll make sure to spend time with any pets, both cats and dogs to help them acclimate to me being there and hopefully start to build that trust.

Pet care experience
I have worked with animals since I was a kid. I’ve pet sat for many friends and family for a variety of animals such as dogs, cats, and livestock. I currently work at a big cat animal sanctuary that is home to both exotic and domestics animals. I also have experience with clicker training animals.

Megan has watched my 2 cats a few times now, and I cannot recommend her enough! She always gives them lots of attention, and makes sure they have everything they need. They are always so excited to see her, and she is the only person I trust with my babies!
Finding Megan was a Godsend for us. We have 5 cats (yes 5!) and our oldest suffers from IBD and requires a lot of extra care. Twice daily meds, weekly B12 injections, dietary challenges, etc. Megan has the training and skills needed to give our girl the extra attention she needs. Megan is gentle, kind, patient and willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that our babies are taken care of. She always goes above and beyond what is asked of her and isn't in a hurry just to get the job done. She takes her time and gets familiar with your pets, she learns their little quirks and personalities. On Megan's very first visit to our home while we were gone, she sent me photos of one of our cats literally at her feet. We have never had a sitter before Megan where our cats showed that kind of trust and acceptance. Animals are very intuitive, they know when a person is a good person and when they love animals. Megan's love for animals is what drives her and makes her the perfect choice. Our family of 7 love her and yours will too!
