**DOGS, CATS, LIVESTOCK, POULTRY, HORSES, EXOTICS, FALCONRY** My name is Megan and I have been working with animals exclusively for over 15 years. I have extensive background in daycare, boarding, veterinary, and lost/found pets. I have worked for several boarding facilities successfully managing large packs of dogs- and am comfortable with all breeds and sizes. Working alongside trainers and their owners I am comfortable with different temperaments and behavioral traits. I am familiar with administering medications and special needs pets whom require a little extra. ALL PETS WELCOME!!!!! I LOVE all animals! You have cats, birds, farm animals, or large livestock- PERFECT. Ive grown up on a farm and have worked with all sorts of animals, even birds of prey. Exotics? AWESOME! I have a Lesser Sulphur Crested Cockatoo myself. GROOMING I have also worked as a bather / grooming assistant. I am comfortable trimming/ dremmling dog nails, bathing, blow-outs, deshedding, and brushing. I also can help demat and ear pluck as well. HOUSESITTING? Going out of town- Have some last minute errands, appointments, or packages coming in while your out? DO NOT FRET! I can help with anything extra you need. SHORT NOTICE? I'm here for you. I keep a quick response time to help make sure you and your pet get all the coverage you need!

Megan was an absolute treasure. My 20 year old cat is incredibly aloof and takes a long time to warm up to anyone - except Megan. He instantly took to her. We took our dog with us on vacation but his reaction was also incredible. He is insanely protective and will atack someone coming on to the property, he just won't go near anyone out in public, yet he never barked when Megan came over and wanted to make friends with her and that is a first. I knew then that we had finally found the right person to watch our pets. She so obviously loves animals and treated our pets as thouth they were her own. When my kitty got injured she not only took him to the vet (a nearly impossible task, he is the master of disappearing if you even think about a vet) but she even offered to pay the vet and get reimbursed later if we were unable to do it. We didn't need that, they took our credit card over the phone, but the offer was greatly appreciated. We will be calling her again for our next vacation.
Amazing sitter! Our 3 big pups were cared for like family. We got daily updates and came home to happy, relaxed dogs. Couldn’t ask for better!

Schedule
I have my own pets, all of which are special needs. I enjoy doting on them and making sure they are just as comfortable as they can be. Walking dogs in our area is awesome! Such great trails, and many options for whatever tempermant our pets may have. I even have access to a private large fenced in area we can let the dogs explore!

When Peta are in my home, I treat them as if they are my own- while still respecting owner wishes. Your pups are more than welcome to hop up on the bed or couch- but if you prefer they not learn that habit, I got you covered also! 😉

A typical day
If your dog is comfortable swimming, hiking, walking, or just sniffing the roses; IM READY FOR AN ADVENTURE! I love "field tripping" with pets to various parks and trails, getting them out and about and enjoying life! If your pet is comfortable at home in their own element we will enjoy playing with their favorite toys, working on their tricks (or just being cute), and adventuring the yard for any new happenings.
