I am however very happy to come and keep your pet(s) company in your own home, where I will be happy to engage in activities such as training, socialising, and generally making sure they are happy and well taken care of!

A typical day
Exercise demands vary hugely per dog of course, but having such close access to wooded parks in Sheffield means plenty of opportunities to exercise your pup in environments which suit them. Walks within the Peak District are also options too, as this is how I spend much of my free time!

**Please note if house sitting bookings are for 2 dogs or less, dogs must be happy to be left alone for a minimum of two hours per day** Hi there, my name is Megan and I'm a 31-year-old animal lover and wildlife rehab professional. Ever since I can remember, animals have been a huge part of my life. As well as caring for other peoples pets (dogs, cats, chickens, parrots, Guinea pigs- you name it!) I also grew up with a beautiful Welsh border collie named Bindi which means I have lots of experience with high-energy breeds (and throwing tennis balls!) Having spent many years bouncing around the world as a Scuba instructor and working at wildlife rescue centres, adopting my own dog has not been possible. Thankfully my work has always led me to be close with animals and I have years of experience not only caring for domestic dogs and cats but also wildlife of all kinds. Throughout my travels I have been a foster carer for young puppies as well as older rescue dogs in need of socialisation and some TLC before finding their forever homes. I am currently taking a break from my travels and spending some time with my family in Sheffield while working online, meaning I have plenty of time to dedicate to your lovely animals! Megan was fab! She’s so lovely and clearly knowledgeable and experienced with dogs. Megan looked after both our older family dog and our 6 month old puppy simultaneously! She managed to juggle 1-2-1 time with both of them and keep us updated. I would rebook Megan in a flash!
Megan was fantastic with our puppy Rupert. She clearly loves and understands animals and Rupert loved spending time with her in return. She has a fantastic location for doggy daycare which is ideal and combines areas for resting with great outdoor space for playing. Brilliant
Megan was really amazing! She kept in touch the whole time and sent regular photos of my very happy kitten, and she responded really well to last-minute changes (sorry Megan!) and Cat loved having her around. She also gave me advice on cat care when my cat was looking unwell. Can't recommend her enough, and I'll be contacting her again soon!
