I have extensive experience with animals. I grew up with a dog in the home who I helped train and care for my entire life. Once I was a teenager, I pet sat for several neighbors and friends on a recurring basis as I was able to build meaningful relationships with their pets. I also volunteered at an animal shelter in college where I helped feed and bathe the animals. I have experience with dogs and cats of all ages (young ones who need extra support and older ones who might need medicines or extra guidance). Ultimately, I LOVE all animals and have always had a natural ease with them - so would love to help you take care of any or all of your pets :)

I cannot offer boarding in my own home because my apartment is not pet friendly. When I house sit I am very respectful and clean of the space and I enjoy being able to stick to the typical routine of the pet as much as possible.

Meg was great with my dogs. One of the dogs was abused and has a few issues. She took time to make her comfortable and got her to eat which sometimes isn't easy. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a dog sitter. I will certainly use her again.
Meg was the perfect pet sitter for our family. She was professional, caring and experienced. We would highly recommend her. She took care of our 3 cats and senior dog. We knew they were in the best hands and Meg gave us complete peace of mind by providing updates.

Schedule
I currently work an 8am-4:30pm in person job in the downtown Syracuse area. Therefore, including my commute (dependent on where you live) I am out of the house for about 9 hours on week days. I totally understand if this doesn’t work for your pets! On weekends I can be very flexible to your pets’ schedule.

- Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or accommodations. I have experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and medical needs - but it is helpful for me to know ahead of time what to expect!
