Hi, I'm Meg! I have lived with and loved dogs my entire life. I don't currently live with one so PLEASE let me love on yours! Dogs are the flippin' best, man. I I love every dog as an individual creature who's making my day better. I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes with all sorts of behaviors, health conditions, and neuroses. Most recently, I worked as a dog walker at a boutique pet daycare in Williamsburg called Your Spoiled Pets. I walked dogs of all shapes, sizes, behavioral and medical needs. In college, my friend's dog was very old and needed frequent bathroom breaks and medicine administered, so OF COURSE, ya girl had it covered. My old roommate's dog was anxious and had a lot of energy. I would take him on runs to tire him out and then coo at him and then rub his ears a certain way and he would calm down. Growing up, I taught the family dog all sorts of tricks as my hobby. I am great at making anxious dogs feel comforted, which I find is important as a caretaker. I know when i've hired dog sitters and walkers in the past, that's been my number one priority: finding someone who will love my dog and make sure they're comfortable. Just like people, every dog is an individual with a personality and specific needs. My job is to know and love each dog I encounter. Hit me up if you want me to encounter yours!
