I do Rover on the side during my days off. My days at UVS can sometimes be unpredictable, so I hate to neglect care for your fur kids due to work. I’m relatively flexible for time on the days I am available!

Information Meg G. would like to know about your pet
I'd just like to know what a typical day is like when you are home, if there are any medical issues I need to know about (i.e. allergies, reverse sneezing, hiccups, etc.), and typical feeding schedule.
A typical day
I will follow your instructions on where to go for walks and play time. If you typically run with your dog(s), I can absolutely do that. If you typically only let them in their yard, I will make sure they get their energy expended that way! Even though I do not stay over in my clients houses, I spend time with the fur kids just before I go to bed, and right after I wake up!

My lifelong passion has been with animals. I work full time as a certified veterinary assistant with Internal Medicine at Upstate Vet Specialties in Latham, as well as in school to become a technician. I love caring for other pets so much that I want to do more! I have experience in watching over dogs of all types during boarding and off-leash play in large groups, as well as keeping on eye on each dog's individual health and wellness. Additionally, I have experience in feeding, grooming, and administering medications. I have experience caring for dogs of all sorts of breeds, sizes, colors, and temperaments. Along with my work experience, I also have adopted fur babies of my own, whom I love and care for, and cuddle with every night! Growing up, I was also surrounded by dogs, with one 75lb dog with my family, and several sizes and breeds of my friends (including springer spaniels, chihuahuas, and great danes). I’ll be sure to care for your children like you never left!

As always, Meg is so compassionate, caring, and gentle with our kitty. She always ensures to feed her her food with her meds, and makes sure her water bowl and litter are attended to. She always spends quality time giving her lots of pets and cuddles and making her feel at ease. Meg was the best for taking care of my boy over the holiday. It was a semi-late booking, which she didn't mind. She met my boy and he accepted her as she visited. (He even began to warm up, which is a huge thing for my guy). Meg was also accommodating to extend by an additional visit as my arrival back home changed. Oh...and she trudged through a snow storm (and a holiday). I will definitely book again! Thank you Meg!
