Boston’s Best Pet Care Provider 🐾

Hi there! I’m Meg and I love all animals (especially the doggos!). I have almost 20 years’ experience of pet care and house sitting, and 10,000+ hours experience with dog walking (particularly with large dogs and/or those who some consider more “challenging” to train). I only provide positive reinforcement methods to ensure your pets feel safe while having fun! I’m originally from New Jersey and a graduate of Northeastern University. I moved back to Boston over the new year and I’m excited to fmeet my new Boston bff - your pet! Growing up, friends and family called me “The Animal Whisperer” because of my special connection to animals. I am very grateful for this gift because it’s led me to this fulfilling line of work. I started pet- and house-sitting for several clients when I lived in New York City as a side hustle… and my passion turned into a fulfilling career when I lived in a Florida. I now care for dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and more on a part-time basis! I also offer positive reinforcement and behavior education for doggos and their humans. I serve clients in The South End, Back Bay and Fenway/Kenmore. I would love to hear from you and your BFF, your pet! 🐾♥️ If I sound like a good fit for your fur family, please feel free to message me :) I can’t wait to meet both of you!

Pets

Safety, trust & environment

One of the things I think is most important is to make sure your pets keep their routine as much as possible. Everyone is happier and calmer when this happens, so I always make consistency a priority. I can walk, feed, clean up the animal’s litter box/cage/pen, etc., and administer daily medication. And of course, giving lots of playtime, pets, and snuggles! I’m also mindful that you come home and everything is how you left it (or better). I always clean up toys, tidy up any pillows that make have spilled off the couch and onto the floor from snuggles, etc. I want to ensure you feel comforted that your pet is in good hands, so however I can be most helpful, please let me know!

Meg was absolutely amazing with my boy Odin! The communication and professionalism far exceeded my expectations and I will absolutely be using Meg for her services again. Odin was treated like a celebrity and made me feel so comfortable having to be away from home.

To add on to my last post: I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts. Meg makes sure I never have to worry about my pup when I’m at work. She also sends the cutest videos and pics that make me so so happy!!

Meg is the absolute best!! I am so so great full for everything she has done for me and my dog Ivy. Ivy is a rescue who is very reactive. Meg has been so patient with Ivy and she is such a knowledgeable and confident dog Walker. Ivy only likes 3 people in this world and one of them is Meg!! She is very trustworthy and responsible. She loves Ivy just about as much as I do. You need a Meg in your dogs life!!!

Ever since Meg was a young girl, she has always been known as "the animal whisperer"... All animals love Meg, even the ones that are scared / do not like most people. She is a great dog mom to her own dog, Kane, and cares for all animals as if they were her own. Meg is a responsible, loving person who would be a great pet sitter or walker for anyone in need!

Schedule

I make my own schedule since I run my business, and I’m more than happy to work with you to ensure your pets receive the best care. I always recommend reaching out sooner rather than later because my calendar fills up quickly, but I do take same-day requests! I am reliable, responsible, and I take my relationships with my clients very seriously. My priority is providing the best care for your animal while ensuring you they are in good hands when you aren’t home!

I always want to meet a dog and their owner before the first time I walk them. This helps everyone feel more comfortable and safe with the interactions. If your animal has any dietary or medical needs, it’s extra helpful to have these details written out and/or we should definitely discuss beforehand so I know exactly what their needs are.
