At home, I have a 200-pound Daniff (Great Dane/Mastiff mix) who is reactive, and I take him everywhere with me—whether we're hiking, camping, canicross, rally obedience, or paddleboarding. Despite his reactivity, I’ve built a strong bond with him, and we navigate the world together confidently. This experience has made me especially passionate about working with reactive dogs, and I specialize in helping pups with similar behaviors. In addition to my dog experience, I spend a lot of time working with native wildlife in rescue and rehabilitation, and I can also provide basic medical care for pets and administer medications when needed.

I am comfortable around any dog or cat. I work with exotic animals so I’m pretty comfortable around anything. Just let me know if your baby has any bad habits or concerns you would like me to help work on!
A typical day
Lots and lots of enrichment!! It’s important to use enrichment tactics like making puzzles, new smells, and training to keep dogs happy and healthy! Its important to challenge our babies to help their brains grow and reach their full potential!

Hi there! I'm Medea, and I've spent my entire life immersed in the world of animals. From working with exotics in zoo care to training and competing with horses, my background in animal care is extensive and diverse. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in dog training, walking, behavioral health, and dog sports, which has given me the confidence to work with a wide variety of breeds and temperaments, including those who are reactive.

I couldn’t be happier with the care my pets received! From the moment I met Medea, it was clear that she is incredibly conscientious, dependable, and genuinely love animals. She kept us updated with messages and photos, followed every instruction carefully, and treated our pets as if they were her own. It was great knowing my pets were in such capable and caring hands. I came home to happy, relaxed pets and everything exactly as we left it. It’s rare to find someone who is so attentive, trustworthy, and professional.
Medea has been great! She has such a good understanding of what keeps pets happy, especially large, reactive dogs. My Jake (a 152 pound King Shepherd) is totally in love with her. Not only does she provide loving care for both my cat and dog, but skillfully managed Jake’s complex medication regimen. I feel I’ve gained more freedom to do things without my “kids” since she has come into our lives.
Medea did a wonderful job caring for my sweet River. She made sure that he got some play time, some deck time and always left him with fresh food, water and a clean litter box. She treated him like he was her own kitty. I’m so grateful to have Madea to call when I need a sitter for River. Thanks for everything!
