We’ve always had a fence for our dogs and walked them throughout our neighborhood, when they were puppies we crate trained to help with potty training as well. Once the puppy was potty trained and learned some tricks and obedience we gave in to them sleeping out of it. We bathed our pups a lot but not too much since their natural oils are healthy and good for their coats! My most recent dog had diabetes so i would administer his insulin and check his blood for glucose and urine for ketones so i know a little about that area of medical care. I let the dog feel comfortable with me before i do anything with them like petting, going up to them from behind or anything that could startle them. Once they see that they can trust me they’ll love me!

I’d greatly appreciate it if you would let me know about any health issues your dog might have so i can make sure i take the best care of them and they’re as comfortable as possible and feeing good. I’d also like to know any history of biting, or any erratic behavior like that; i’ve been bitten a few times before and i’ve never treated a bite history dog any differently than one that’s never bitten before. Places they don’t like to be touched if they have issues with that would be something i’d need to know as well so i don’t stress the dog and i don’t get hurt either.

I love playing fetch, frisbee, tug rope, and more; and making sure your pets really get their cardio and exercise in and just have a fun time! Yes, i love walking on a few different hiking trails by my house, but any trail would work! It’s peaceful hiking and my dog loves it.

I’ve had dogs my whole childhood and i’ve been around cats as well all my life even though we’ve never owned one. I’ve had many many pet sitting jobs over the past couple years. I understand and can recognize animals behaviors due to graduating in Dog Obedience and training college program, then I start a veterinary assistant college program to get myself started to be a veterinarian or dog trainer, conflicted on which one! I’ve volunteered at many shelters/rescues!

I am a first time customer with Rover. My pet sitter Meah went above and beyond caring for my senior pet. I was able to enjoy my trip knowing my pet was in good hands!
Meah is our go to sitter whenever we need cat care! We love to read the review card at the end of each visit, and see pics of our beautiful kitty while we are away!
Meah was great!! Treated my puppers with all the kindness and love I had hoped for! Very communicative so I knew what was going on. Will definitely ask her to help out in the future.
Meah is always wonderful with our kittens. She keeps us updated, follows instructions, and clearly cares about our boys like they were her own. We come home to happy, relaxed kittens and absolutely will book her again. 🐾
