Safety, trust & environment
It’s important your pups are prepared for winter weather, mud season or hot summer days. . If their paws are sensitive and not used to the snow I recommend booties or Mushers Secret…Or something to keep their paws safe. For mud season and summer… have they been groomed and ready for the terrain?
Information Meagan W. would like to know about your pet

A typical day
A nice good walk from your front door in the neighborhood is always nice. If you’re looking for a destination hike, let me know and we’ll discuss what will work! For those kitty cat types: I can be quiet and do the “simple things” to avoid a stressful situation or if they’re the social kind.. I’ll bust out that cat nip!

Pet care experience
I grew up in beautiful Bend, Oregon on a small farm with horses, dogs, cats, pigs and a handful of little critters. I was in 4-H and Equestrian Team as well! If you don’t see the specific “pet request “ you’re looking for on Rover, don’t worry! It’s a simple platform and not too detailed. Book something with me and we can adjust accordingly.

Reviews

Hire Meagan! She was communicative, punctual and went the extra distance to meet our dogs the night before to make sure everyone was comfortable. My dogs were nice and tired when we returned. I plan to reach out to her again the next time we are in town.

Meagan is wonderful and handled our giant dog beasts with hour long walks morning and evening while we traveled. I’d highly recommend and trust her with your animals.

I wish it was possible to leave more than 5 stars. Meagan has been the best pet sitter I’ve ever used. It’s not easy to leave your service dog with another person. Eddie is my lifeline and leaving him with another person is a little anxiety provoking. Meagan very quickly settled those nerves with her very thorough professionalism. Communicating with her you quickly realize how seriously she takes caring for your pet. We ended up having some unexpected challenges come up during our stay in Snowmass and Meagan stepped up in ways she didn’t have to. Meagan has left a mark on our lives that we will always be grateful for! Bottom line, you can book Meagan with confidence!

Meagan took extra care and attention with our shy cat, Xia, while we traveled internationally for two weeks. It was a huge relief to know someone we trust is caring for our furry child. She communicated regularly, shared photos and video, and noted any unusual behavior Xia had. She looked after our home by vacuuming cat litter, removing trash, and letting us know about our carbon dioxide alarms’s beeping. She went out of her way to make sure Xia felt safe and built a relationship with her. We are so thankful to her. She is our #1 go-to cat sitter!
