I have had dogs since I was a kid, and as an adult got into dog training. I did years of research and have successfully trained service dogs, prepped dogs for therapy work, and was the dog trainer at a box store for 2 years before vetmed called my name. Now I have my second service dog I'm training for myself, and work as a veterinary assistant. I'm familiar with reactive dog behavior, and how to manage and redirect it. I understand dogs need enrichment, training, and time to also just be a dog and decompress.
