Hello! I am an animal caretaker and dog nanny who has worked with animals most of my life. With a veterinary technician as a mother, I have all of the resources necessary to ensure your fur babies are well cared for. My resume includes work with the West Haven, CT animal shelter as well as fourteen years experience as an animal caretaker and handler. I have experience with cats, birds, reptiles, and small animals as well. I am able to give medications and currently have a roster of 39 pups and kitties all of whom I love dearly. Please book in advance as my schedule tends to fill up quickly and far in advance. <3 I am a full time sitter while pursuing my degree online. I occasionally perform as a vocalist/music artist here and there, but otherwise can dedicate my full attention to your furry companions. I am diligent in caregiving, timely walks and potty breaks, and am very experienced in medication administration. I am very active and able to exercise dogs with lots of energy.

Meagan is simply the kindest and best sitter you could ever imagine. Our cat Jimi absolutely fell in love with her. She was incredibly attentive, caring, and thoughtful, always sending us updates and photos throughout the day. I hadn’t traveled in years with this level of peace of mind. Knowing Jimi was in such loving hands made all the difference. On top of that, she also took wonderful care of the apartment. I’m deeply grateful to have met Meagan and to have had her looking after our Jimi.
This was our first time going away and needing to hire someone from Rover to care for our kitten so we were a bit nervous. But Meagan exceeded all our expectations and helped reassure us that our baby was well taken care of. She played with him, brushed him and took tons of amazing photos that made us feel connected to him while we were gone. Romeo was in great hands with Meagan and we absolutely will hire her again!
Meagan was great! She accommodated a last minute walk, shared a video and updates. She even put my dog’s shoes on her even though I forgot to ask her to do it! Will definitely be booking with her again.

Programa
I'm currently back in school full time 😊 so I spend all of my time with the animals, outside of the occasional weekend gig. I occasionally have a daytime walk or drop im visit here and there.
