Generally, I am available all week and open to early visits or late visits. With safety in mind, visits between 10:00PM - 5:00AM will be accepted on a case by case basis. If you're not sure, just ask and I will do my best to accommodate you.

The level of interaction is up to you! I can stop in quickly to walk and feed your animals, or I could spend the night with them. If I am staying overnight or looking after your pet for several days we can schedule outings and activities to keep your pet stimulated. If your dog or cat has a chronic illness, has mobility issues, or needs medication, I am happy to accommodate and care for them. They will receive lots of love, play, and of course, treats!!! (so long as they're allowed, let me know if your pet had any allergies - I have limited ingredient treats for pets with sensitive tummies)

Dogs who are aggressive either toward people or other animals are accepted on a case by case basis. I believe all dogs, even ones with trauma that makes them aggressive, deserve to enjoy the outdoors and get exercise. I do, however, have to keep my own safety and the safety of others in mind. If your dog acts aggressive or violent I reserve the right to terminate or refuse services.
A typical day
We have a variety of puzzles, toys, and treats at our disposal as well as a plethora of dog parks with varying levels of interaction and activities. If your dog gets along well with others we may have our own pup join in the outing. Private outings are always available as well. I also love to snap shots of pets living their best lives and will take and send pictures as often as you'd like.

Pet care experience
Hey there, meet your pets new best friend! I have been working with animals my whole life - I started out early in life cleaning kennels and learning skills like handling and restraint. Since then I never strayed far, working in veterinary medicine, pet nutrition, and even with exotic animals at parks. I'm almost always working on some animal related project, or volunteering at shelters and with wildlife. I have emergency care experience, and lots of experience with sick and senior pets. I am happy to administer medicine, subcutaneous fluids, injections such as insulin, etc. I love bringing dogs to fun places and have my own dog (and cats) who is a great animal ambassador and gets along with all types of dogs and other animals. We love to do walks and outings, as well as simple daily check-ins. I am also happy to bathe your pet, clip nails, and do other small grooming jobs. I am familiar with all diets from kibble to raw and in-between. Please let me know your pet's dietary needs and routine - no routine is too complicated.

Meagan and her husband did us a huge favor and took our pup in for a week on very short notice. It was our first time leaving our dog for more than a couple of days, but Meagan put our worries to ease and took amazing care of our pup. She sent daily updates with pictures, plenty of excercise and fun with other animals, and gave us peace of mind that our dog was in loving and capable hands. Cannot speak highly of Meagan and Mike - will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!
