My work schedule varies every week, but I usually get out around 1 or 2. I can either do very early mornings or when I get off of work. On days off I am pretty open availability wise.

My apartment is fairly small, but the neighborhood that I live in has no shortage of places to walk. So if you plan on having your pet stay at my apartment, I will plan walks and such for your pet. There is also a dog park close by if you are comfortable with that.

I think the most important thing for me to know ahead of time is the specific needs of your dog. Are they friendly with other dogs? Do they need specific medication? How long of walks do they usually take? Things of that nature, so I am making sure that I am doing my best to take care of your pet.
A typical day
Depending on the pet and the specific owner instructions. I would most likely bring your dog to the local park by my apartment and if you are comfortable visit the dog park. I also have a friend that has a dog and if you are comfortable they could have play dates.

I’ve had dogs my entire life, as well as cats when I was younger. I’ve taken care of both small and large breeds, as well as taken care of neighbors or family friends pets.

I can't thank Mckinley enough for taking such great care of my senior girl while we were gone for the holidays. She can be a bit of a handful with her daily meds and constant need for love and attention, but Mckinley handled everything we asked for perfectly and did a great job communicating updates. They made sure she took her meds, followed all our instructions, and gave her tons of love, attention, and treats. Even though she missed us, I could tell she was really comfortable and well-cared for, which gave me so much peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Mckinley!
McKinley was a kind, helpful caretaker for our pup juniper over a busy holiday week. We'd highly recommend McKinley, and will reach out to them again for future dog-sitting!
