In my home, your dog becomes part of the family. I keep a cozy and enriching environment where pets can relax, explore, and settle in at their own pace. I follow their normal routine—meals, potty breaks, walks, snuggles, crate time, and play—so everything feels familiar and comforting. I live on a retired golf course where there are plenty of trails to walk and explore. I have two of my own dogs who enjoy the company of other dogs. With my background in dog training and vet med, I’m confident handling and boarding all types of pups, whether they’re shy, silly, have behavioral concerns, or need a little extra reassurance. I pay close attention to their behavior and make sure they feel confident while keeping my clients updated throughout their stay. When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I treat your space and your routine with the same care and respect I would want for my own. I stick to what your dog is used to, give lots of attention, and keep you updated every step of the way. No matter where I’m caring for your pet, they’ll get reliable and loving care.

I always want to make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and understood, so any details you can share ahead of time are incredibly helpful. Please let me know about their daily routine, feeding schedule, and any quirks or behaviors I should be aware of—good or bad. I’d also love to know how they do with other animals, new people, car rides, and any triggers that may make them nervous. If your pet has medical needs, allergies, current medications, or mobility limitations, please share those as well. And of course, tell me what they love—favorite toys, comfort items, and the things that make them happiest. The more I know, the more I can tailor their care to make them feel right at home.
A typical day
I love keeping pets mentally and physically engaged, so our days are always a mix of fun and enrichment. Depending on your pet’s personality and comfort level, we might go for relaxed neighborhood walks, enjoy outdoor play like fetch or tug, or practice some light training games to keep their minds sharp. For pups who love adventure, we can explore parks, the beach, nature trails, or have a fun sniffari to let them take in new scents.

I’ve spent my entire life surrounded by animals—growing up on a farm taught me responsibility, confidence, and how to truly understand different pets’ needs. I’ve worked hands-on with an animal rescue, giving me experience with all breeds, temperaments, behavioral issues, and health problems. I’m also a professional dog trainer and currently work in veterinary medicine, so your pet’s safety, behavior, and wellbeing are always my top priorities. Whether your dog needs structure, patience, enrichment, or just a fun place to relax, I’ve got them covered with knowledgeable and compassionate care.
