Hi! I’ve had both large and small dogs my entire life and have been caring for dogs for over 20 years. I’m experienced with all personalities—from high-energy, playful pups to calm, easygoing companions—and I genuinely love getting to know each dog’s unique needs. I currently have a 3-month-old Bernese Mountain Dog named Blueberry, who is friendly, social, and learning the ropes of being a great companion. We live on 1 acre with a fully fenced yard, giving dogs plenty of safe space to run, play, and explore. We’re located about 15 minutes from Sunriver and 30 minutes from Bend, making for a peaceful, spacious environment away from the busy city. Your dog will enjoy lots of outdoor time, play, and attention while staying with us. I’m available for boarding on weekends and Mondays, and I can also accommodate weekday boarding after a meet & greet to ensure it’s a great fit for everyone. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment where your dog feels right at home. Whether your dog loves to play, relax, or needs a little extra patience, I’m here to provide dependable and loving care!

McKenzie was amazing with our 1 year old pup. We were nervous because this was our first time having someone stay at our house to watch the dog, but it was the best and we will definitely be booking McKenzie again. Our pup and Ellie got along really well. McKenzie took them for lots of walks and play time, sent lots of photos throughout the weekend, was extremely responsive, and was really patient with our pup who can be timid and anxious with new people. Highly recommend working with McKenzie!
McKenzie was great. We were her first cat but she did awesome. She sent us a photo of our cat and her food which was nice. Our cat was well taken care of. We will definitely hire McKenzie again!
McKenzie S was such a thoughtful pet sitter. I got multiple updates daily as well as pictures and videos. My fur babies bonded and trusted her. She is amazing!
