I have been pet sitting for the past 18 years and have experience with a wide variety of breeds and personalities. During college, I worked as a kennel tech at a vet clinic, as a kennel tech at a doggy daycare, and as an assistant to a groomer. I currently work full time from home for an animal health distributor. In my free time, I participate in multiple dog sports and love to take dogs hiking and swimming. While I am not a trainer, I love studying how dogs learn and the best ways to communicate with them. I am comfortable administering medication and am confident in my ability to handle all different types of dogs. I only take 1-3 dogs at a time so that they get plenty of one-on-one attention. I am happy to answer any questions you may have and I look forward to meeting your pups!

Schedule
I work from home full time so any dogs in my care will not be left alone for long periods. When I am not working, I am generally on outings with my dogs or at training activities for the various sports we participate in so I am able to bring boarding dogs with me the majority of the time.

Safety, trust & environment
I am home full time during the week so any dogs in my care are always supervised or crated when I can’t watch them. If I am not able to watch them for short periods, I do require that they are crate trained for safety.
A typical day
I live in SE Boise so I have easy access to a variety of outing options, including: the military reserve, the green belt, and lucky peak.
