Pet care experience
I’ve been caring for dogs of all breeds and personalities since I was 10 years old. Friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets with the same love and attention I give my own. Whether it’s herding puppies who have way too much energy or gently guiding senior dogs who need a bit more assistance, I’m committed to making every pet feel safe, happy, and loved. My goal is to create a positive, stress-free experience for both you and your pet.

McKenzie left my puppy alone for almost 18 hours after being hired to stay overnight and was given instruction on this multiple times, not to mention the care instructions in this app that say 1-4 hours alone. Even after she finally arrived back to my house, I got zero communication that my dog was ok, that she had checked for accidents, etc. I dismissed her early and changed my flight, and she still had the audacity to leave an hour before the time I said. At some point during the stay, my dog got into ibuprofen and the sitter didn’t notice. I am now 7 visits to the vet in the 3 weeks since and $10K+ in vet bills and counting as my dog is still not better. I cannot believe rover is allowing her to continue to be booked, it seems from other reviews I’m not the first to run into this type of issue.
I wanted to avoid leaving a negative review, but her conduct leaves me little choice. I used her over the course of a month or so. She is very irresponsible, and actually showed up for about one-half of the confirmed and paid for sessions. She also charged me for walks that did not occur, filing bogus reports with Rover. She is rude, annoying, and just a major headache.
