Walks and whiskers are my priority!
My family has had pets for as long as I can remember. Our chocolate lab chubby was by my side from the day I was born, and since then I have always been a dog person (no offense cats, I love all you dudes too). When I was 8, I got my first puppy, Max, a jack russell terrier with an attitude. Training him was tough, but now I know first hand how to care for a pet no matter their age or temperament. I can say that because I trained that dog in the dead of a North Dakota winter! I love animals, and you can always rest assured that your pets while in my care will be treated as I would treat my own. I would love to meet you and get to know your lovely pet! P.S I drool over Corgis.

I try to prioritize three things when I care for your pets. Safety, enrichment and fun. Safety is always first and foremost, and I like to try and keep your pets occupied and engaged rather than just watching them.

McKenzie was amazing! A different sitter flaked, so we had to book McKenzie same-day. She was super communicative and nice. Our dogs loved her energy and settled in right away. Definitely will be booking her again!

Schedule
I am on a hybrid work schedule. I usually work M-W-F from home, and T-Th in the office. I’m available nights and weekends as well as early morning walks. I can stay with pets overnight on the weekend, and on weekdays when I don’t have an in office day the following day.

- Before I meet your pet, I would like to know any habits that your dog may have while you're not at home i.e. separation anxiety. Also, I would love to know how your dog reacts to other dogs, and of course what kind of treats they prefer.
