Hello fellow pet parents! My name is Mckenzie, and I have grown up with pets since day 1. My first pet at four years old was Dexter, a ferret. My current pets are Patches, an anxious one-eyed cat, and the ever-loving Neptune. I work best with cats, small to medium dogs, and small animals like ferrets, rats, spiders, and so forth. Most animals I have taken care of are cats and dogs, however I like to offer my services to other animals as well. If you're interested, I would prefer for you to detail their care instructions! Most animals I have co-owned are from a shelter, so I'm wonderful at working with animals of a similar nature. I have given oral medication to both cats and dogs, as well as specialized food treatments. I am very comfortable in tying a cat in a blanket burrito or hiding treats in peanut butter to make sure your pet gets their medication! I look forward to hearing from you soon!

I currently live in a shared home with my partner and our collective 4 cats! I can do boarding if needed, but they'll need to like hanging out around other animals.

I've booked Mckenzie before and she's always been easy to work with and great with my kitties. This time was more complicated, as one of my kitties started taking a daily medication. All went well though, and I'll continue booking Mckenzie as long as she's available!
Mckenzie is a warm, bubbly woman that our cats took to immediately. She took incredible care of our two cats, one of whom was still a relatively recent adoptee and had never been without us around for more than three days before. Mckenzie was communicative and always sent photos of her check-ins with the cats, which was welcome because we missed them dearly. We returned home to our house just as we left it and happy animals who were obviously well cared-for and in good spirits. We were able to enjoy our time away knowing that everything was in capable hands.
We have used McKenzie many times for our very senior cat. She is totally reliable and I never worry about leaving Cedar in her care!
McKenzie was super communicative, flexible to our changing schedule, and took great care of our cat!

McKenzie took great care of my cats. They are happily playing with the new toy I brought home And are in good spirits. McKenzie braved the slippery roads to my house which is no small feat this winter.

Schedule
I currently work 9-5 downtown, and am able vidit at lunch and/or after 5pm. I know the area very well, and am able to travel across Juneau, Douglas, and so forth. If I have any sudden changes in my schedule, you will be the first to know.
