Dogs need to feel loved
I used to train dogs for 3 years with my dad. My main goal is to make dogs feel loved and at home, even when they’re not at their home. I like going outside and taking them on walks throughout the day, getting them new toys to take home, and overall just making them feel at home.

McKenzie is such a great sitter! Keeps me updated daily with a picture and is quick to respond! I know Kane is taken care of when she watches him! She is AMAZING!
If I could, I wouldn't even give it 1 star. My experience with McKenzie was disappointing. She was scheduled to care for my dog from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. At 4:00 pm, I informed her that I would be arriving later, and at that point she mentioned she had a prior commitment at 7:00 pm and would leave my dog with her roommate -who, by the way, I've never met. This made me very uncomfortable, as I specifically chose McKenzie based on her experience. However, I had no alternative at the time since I needed to attend my daughter’s graduation. During the time my dog was in her care, I did not receive any photos or updates, which is typically expected from Rover sitters. I decided to pick up my dog earlier than planned, and when I notified her that I was on my way, she did not respond. When I called, she said she would bring my dog out in two seconds, but it appeared she was not even at home. This raised serious concerns about whether my dog was properly supervised. Additionally, I was very bothered by the tone of her message when she informed me about leaving my dog with someone else, saying, “I’m sorry it’s been hectic haha.” I did not find the situation appropriate or amusing. Overall, I found McKenzie to be unprofessional and unreliable, and I would not recommend her services.

McKenzie was excellent! She always gave me updates and was very responsive. I would definitely book with her again.
McKenzie was quick to answer all of my messages throughout our entire experience. I needed a last minute sitter for a day trip out of town and I am so happy kovu was in good hands. She sent me photos of kovu hanging in bed with her and I knew my pup was comfortable and relaxed during her stay. I will absolutely use her again next time I need a sitter.

Schedule
I play softball at Santa Fe college, I’m a sophomore. I don’t have time for a full time job, but because I’m currently in school to be a small animal vet & love working with animals this job has fit me perfectly.
Where your pet will stay
Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I feed them as Instructed, give them treats. I walk them 4-5 times a day. I allow them to sleep in my bed with me at night, and have free space. When I leave for practice for 2 hours out of the day, they are left in my room.
A typical day
I walk them frequently, get them new toys, and if they’re friendly with dogs i will take them to the dog park occasionally. I let them cuddle.
