Caring for Your Pets Like Family
I’ve grown up around all kinds of animals like exotic birds, ducks, chickens, cats, and dogs, so I’m very comfortable with pets of all shapes and sizes. I offer drop-in visits and dog walking, and I always make sure every pet gets the attention, exercise, and love they deserve. I’ve been babysitting for over five years, and during that time I became the go-to dog sitter for many of those families whenever they were out of town. I really enjoy being around animals and getting to know their personalities. I also have a golden retriever named Cooper, so I understand firsthand the time, patience, and care that goes into having a happy, well-loved dog. I’ll treat your pets just like I treat my own.

McKenzie is GREAT! I booked her literally the day before I needed her and she accommodated me and my puppy which was a huge help while I was working long hours for the past two weeks. I will be using her again and I definitely would recommend her to anyone !

Absolutely amazing!! Feed back and photos are awesome. Cats are happy and healthy. Bowls, litter, and water were all kept clean and filled! Even went above and beyond to bring in our Amazon packages, 100% will use your service again!!
She was wonderful!! She was patient with me and flexible as I changed the dates a couple times on her. Our dogs loved her and they got the care they needed while we were on vacation, and we didn't have to worry about them at all! We will definitely rebook her!
Upon initial meet up McKenzie seems reliable. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. She was hired for 17 days and day 2 she was backing out due to snow/ice, then came back for another 2 days then said she couldn’t come again due to not knowing how to drive in snow. There were missed visits during snow that I had not approved. While she may be reliable when conditions are normal, snow should not be an excuse to miss scheduled care, especially when I was out of state and relying on her. She suggested that a neighbor she works for—someone I had never met—let my dog out without my prior agreement, and brought he boyfriend into my home without my knowledge. I had to call a family member who lives an hour away to step in, I heard her on camera outside telling my cousin she didn’t want to play ball with my dog outside because she was afraid to, and they found the food and water bowls overfilled as though preparation had been made for my dog to be alone for an extended period. When I returned, I also found blood on my dog’s leash that had not been communicated to me. Due to these concerns, I ended the booking early and had to leave my job in California to fly home 7 days early.

I’m a recent high school graduate, so I have a lot of flexibility in my schedule. I can fit pet care into my daily routine with no problem—whether that’s feeding, walking, playtime, or just giving them extra love and attention. I enjoy making sure pets feel cared for and happy every day.
Where your pet will stay
Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I do my best to maintain their usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away. Whether I’m doing a drop-in visit or a walk, I make sure they get plenty of attention, playtime, and cuddles—along with fresh water, food (if needed), and a quick tidy-up of any messes. I always follow the instructions you provide and stay in touch with updates and photos, so you have peace of mind knowing your pet is in good hands. While I don’t currently offer in-home pet care at my own residence, I’m happy to travel and care for your furry family members where they feel most at home!

A typical day would start with feeding and making sure the pets have fresh water. I’d spend time playing with them, going for walks, and giving lots of cuddles and attention. I like to make sure pets are happy, active, and feel loved throughout the day.
