In my personal life, I have been in charge of caring for family dogs and cats since I was 7 years old. I have always had the expectation to walk, bathe, play with/exercise, administer medications, clean up after, and love all of my pets, cats and dogs alike! Professionally, I have a combined 2.5 years of experience caring for a wide variety of animals including hoof stock, exotic mammals, reptiles, birds, amphibians, and invertebrates from working in both zoological institutions and privately owned barns.

I am calm and loving towards all kinds of animals and am able to meet your pet where they are at with interactions. I have worked with a range of pets from skittish to lovey-dovey and am able to give the pet the attention and patience they need.

I have known McKenna for over three years and in that time I have had ample time to witness her love of animals and her passion for caring for them. She derives true joy from caring for animals of all shapes and sizes (even the ones I would rather stay away from) and in addition to being a spectacular cat-mom to her own cats she is my go-to person when I need help caring for my own cat. I truly do not know another individual more qualified or trustworthy to work with animals. I would rest easy knowing any animal I cared about was in her capable hands.
McKenna is very knowledgeable and caring. It’s clear she loves animals - my dog is always so excited to see her! She’s prompt, clear about what she does with the animals, and always makes suggestions if she thinks my pets need attention. I highly recommend her!

Harmonogram
I currently work part time from 11am - 5pm on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. I am available before and after on the days I work. I am also fully available from Monday-Wednesday, and Fridays.
