With over 25 years of hands-on experience, we’ve cared for energetic puppies and kittens, senior pets, rescues, and animals with medical or special needs. I am experienced with injections, subcutaneous fluids, and administering medications by oral syringe or pill, and I’m extremely detail-oriented when it comes to following care instructions precisely. I also have experience reinforcing basic obedience, supporting existing training routines, teaching simple tricks, and working calmly with reactive or aggressive animals. One of the things pet parents appreciate most about me is communication. I own a business centered around documenting processes and providing clear status updates, so you can expect thoughtful, consistent updates that highlight important details, changes in behavior, and anything you’d want to know while you’re away.

McKenna saved me from having to cancel my vacation. I was traveling and had hired a sitter to take care of my dog and 4 cats. The person I hired to sit had a family emergency and canceled on me. I asked everyone I knew for help and my girl friend Jessica introduced me to McKenna via text. McKenna, not even knowing who I was, cancelled her plans and immediately came to the rescue. She arrived in less than 2 hours and talked with me via video chat to make sure she did everything exactly how I wanted it. She stayed over at my home every night during my entire time away. If it wasn't for McKenna, I would have had to fly back and cancel my plans. Unfortunately, she no longer lives in the area to sit more frequently but l have hired her for longer sits multiple times and wouldn't hesitate to be her reference!
I met McKenna and her husband at a dog park while she was sitting for someone else. I actually thought the dog was her own because they got along with it so well. I've only needed her to walk my dog when I know I'll be getting home late from work but I would recommend her 100%!
McKenna is beautiful inside and out and took care of my doggies as if they were her own. I LOVE HER. Always on time and completed all duties assigned to her. She's such a sweetheart and is like the granddaughter I never had. Her husband is a great man to her.
