I'm currently a student at the University of Minnesota and living on campus is making me miss spending time with dogs! I'm super excited for the opportunity to provide daytime or weekend exercise, company, and/or general care for dogs of any size and age. I'm generally available on weekday afternoons and completely open on Fridays and weekends. I am available to make multiple daily house visits while owners are on vacation, as well as board dogs at my house. I love to run and am willing to run a few miles with dogs needing more exercise. I've had multiple family dogs and am competent in general health requirements/ concerns and ready to follow any procedures you use. I have my own "tools" like leashes, brushes, bags, etc as well as consistent transportation.

She showed confidence in dealing with different types of situations such as a shy, skittish dog. McKenna sent us daily updates including pictures, which included lots of exercise! She is a calm caretaker who will make you and your dog feel at ease. I would recommend her and absolutely use her as a boarder again!

McKenna is awesome! She took great care of our dog and house on a quick last-minute trip. Even in the short time she sent several photos and was really communicative- we will definitely reach out again next time we need a sitter!

Schedule
I work a full time 9-5 schedule so I am available before and after work on weekdays and all day on weekends. I find a lot of joy in taking care of pets and time spent on walks or playing around is often the highlight of my day. I am an active person who loves running and walking, so it's natural to include a dog in that routine.

In both my home and my client's home, I ensure pets receive attentive, individualized care through regular feeding, playtime, and maintaining their daily routines. Additionally, I provide basic grooming and plenty of affection to keep them happy and healthy.

I love spending time outdoors, so I enjoy taking pets on nature walks, playing fetch at the park, and exploring local trails. Additionally, we'll have fun with interactive toys, games of tug-of-war, and plenty of playtime in the yard or at the beach.
